NoMOGasTax app is designed in direct response to Missouri Senate Bill 262, which implemented a progressive gas tax system along with a Gas Tax Rebate for gas purchasers in Missouri.

When you fuel up in Missouri, you may be eligible for a refund on your gas tax. Simply upload your gas receipts and provide the necessary details required by the State of Missouri for a refund through the Department of Revenue.

The NoMOGasTax App is designed to assist subscribers in calculating the essential data points needed to file the MO4923h form for highway vehicles.

Starting on July 1st, 2022, the Missouri gas tax will increase to $0.22, with a refund of $0.05 per gallon purchased. The tax will progressively rise to $0.29.5 by July 1st, 2025, with a refund increasing to $0.125 per gallon.

This incremental gas tax increase is fully refundable for most car owners. The State mandates that applications for the rebate must be made annually between July 1st and September 30th through the Department of Revenue. The NoMOGasTax app guarantees that you have the necessary documentation to claim this progressive Gas Tax Rebate which grows by 2.5 cents per gallon each year until 2025.

Maintaining gas receipt records for three years is a requirement by the State of Missouri. This app securely stores digital backups of your receipts and aids in calculating your refund totals from July 1st to September 30th.

Missouri collects over $750 million annually in gas and fuel taxes from its residents, meaning an average household pays over $300 per month solely in gas taxes!

The NoMOGasTax App is fashioned to determine crucial data points regarding motor fuel purchases in Missouri for a gas tax refund. App users can successfully file the MO4923h form for highway vehicles through this platform, making it easier for Missouri drivers to reclaim their fuel tax benefits.

Utilizing the NoMOGasTax app, Missouri drivers might qualify for substantial motor fuel tax refunds, totaling over $200 million during 2022-2023 alone. This app empowers Missourians to effectively track their receipts and gas purchases to obtain their deserved refunds.

Missouri Senate Bill 262, also known as the Missouri Bonus Fuel Tax bill, introduces a progressive fuel tax increase in the state. Starting with a raise of 2.5 cents in October 2021, bringing it to 19.5 cents per gallon, this tax will continue to climb by 2.5 cents annually until hitting 29.5 cents by July 1, 2025.
